CASE STUDY: Designing for a psychiatrist is its own kind of brief. The identity needs to feel trustworthy without being cold, approachable without losing authority. That balance is harder than it sounds, and it has to work before anyone even sits down for an appointment. Dr. Liliana Engelhardt is a psychiatrist based in Switzerland. The project covered the full scope: logo design, visual concept, custom stationery, appointment and medication reminder cards, a modern website, and a professional photography session. The photography direction mattered as much as anything else here, because her warmth and her clinical credibility both needed to come through in the same image. The work also extended into the physical space. I collaborated on the architectural proposal for the practice entrance, including exterior signage, numbering, and visual elements designed to feel like a natural extension of the identity rather than an afterthought. It is not something that comes up often in a branding brief, and it was one of the more satisfying parts of the project to get right. From the website to the front door, everything speaks the same language.
